To Our Dear Friends, Family, & Fitness Community,
This Spring we will be traveling as a team to Uganda Africa on a Mission Trip with Go and Tell Ministries. Only with your help, we will be able to make this trip a reality.
This quote speaks volumes when one feels they have been called to action to make a difference in the world.
“Do more than belong: participate. Do more than care: help. Do more than believe: practice. Do more than be fair: be kind. Do more than forgive: forget. Do more than dream: work.”
― William Arthur Ward
We have taken upon ourselves, to participate, to help, to practice, to be kind and put in the work. In doing so, it takes more than just a few individuals it takes a community. So we need your help. We need the love and support from our friends, families, and communities right here in the United States. We aren’t looking for hand outs, we are looking to make a difference in the lives of others who are much less fortunate than us. Your funds will grant us the opportunity to make clean water wells, help more children receive an education, and build sleeping quarters for the children at the orphanage. In the next few months we will be asking for donations as well as hosting events through our local fitness communities. We believe with the help of our friends, families, and communities we will be able to raise enough to truly make a difference. We are all so fortunate to be healthy, active, beyond blessed, and only really troubled with first world problems (which is sad that there is even such a thing). We greatly appreciate your support in helping us help others. Our purpose is greater than ourselves, it is to serve the most holy of men our god, Jesus Christ. Acts 20:35 "In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said : ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ "
