The 5th Annual WODtoberfest Fitness competition will be held on Saturday, October 1st, 2016.
This event is an individual competition that will consist of 3 events in one day.
Registration will be open to 150 athletes this year of which you will be able to choose from 4 divisions; Men, Women, Men Masters (40+), Women Masters (40+), and 3 categories within each division; Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner.

The WODtoberfest Fitness competition will have a broad range of FITNESS TESTS, for all Fitnesss levels, that may include (but not be limited to); weightlifting (barbells, bumper plates, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, sand bags, foreign objects, etc.), gymnastics skills (hspu, handstand walks, pull-ups, pushups, muscle ups, burpees....etc), running, jumping, rowing, cycling, swimming, long distance/time endurance tests, short distance/time anaerobic tests, single modality, mixed modality, unknown physical tests.......etc.
By registering for this event, you are agreeing to participate in the workouts developed as an overall "TEST of FITNESS". What we deem to be "TESTS of FITNESS" each year, are always intelligently thought out and designed, and are always tested by various fitness levels several months prior to being released to the public as a fair test of fitness across broad modal domains for each category/division of competition. This years WODtoberfest motto; "Prepare for the Unknown" has a special meaning for this 5th year annual event!
**We will be announcing ALL movements and loads for each division/category 30 days prior to the event. NO specific workouts or time domains, reps, rounds, etc, will be released until the day before the event. WILL YOU BE PREPARED?!
