WOD Release & Submission schedule is as follows:
• WOD 1: November 3rd, 2016 at 12:00 PM – November 7th, 2016 9:00 PM
• WOD 2: November 10th, 2016 at 12:00 PM – November 14th, 2016 9:00 PM
• WOD 3: November 17th, 2016 at 12:00 PM – November 21th, 2016 9:00 PM
• WOD 4: November 24th, 2016 at 12:00 PM – November 28th, 2016 9:00 PM
Final 5th WOD for top 5!
• WOD 5: December 1st, 2016 at 12:00 PM – December 4th, 2016 9:00 PM
The WOD’s will be made available by email (Check Your Messages) and on the event page!
It is your responsibility to submit your video and input your score as soon as possible in order to be able to redo the workout if your score is not accepted as is.
Having a judge count your reps/no reps is recommended, however not required as all videos will be watched and if necessary the judges can be overruled.

In order to validate your scores and ensure your video submission is valid please specify the following:
- Your name
- The equipment
- The weights used during the workout
- A timer/clock
- All movements are visible on camera
You must submit a video link along with your score!
Cash Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in the RX Division. Prize bags including sweet supplements will be awarded to all other divisions!
Prizes will be mailed out to individual winners following the competition.
Video submissions will be required for the top ten finishers in each divisions in order to qualify for prizing.
