Onsite Competition for Teams

The 2016 Apollo Games will be a co-ed team competition consisting of one male athlete and one female athlete. We are only accepting 80 teams so sign up quickly! Choose which division you would like to compete in based off of the criteria below.


RX Teams:

RX men must be able to perform the following movements and weights listed:

·  Clean (250)

·  Front Squat (250)

·  Snatch (95)

·  Running

·  Rowing

·  T2B

·  8” Deficit HSPU

·  Double Unders


RX women must be able to perform the following movements and weights listed:

·  Deadlift (250)

·  Back Squat (135)

·  Clean (95)

·  Running

·  Rowing

·  T2B

·  4” Deficit HSPU

·  Double Unders


Scaled Teams:


Scaled men must be able to perform the following movements and weights listed:

·  Front Squat (180)

·  Clean (180)

·  Snatch (75)

·  Running

·  Rowing

·  1 - T2B

·  HSPU with 2 abmats


Scaled women must be able to perform the following movements and weights listed:

·  Deadlift (180)

·  Back Squat (95)

·  Clean (75)

·  Running

·  Rowing

·  1 - T2B

·  HSPU with 2 abmats

Please park at the YMCA or in the parking lot across the street. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks. Any refunds will need to be handled at least 10 days before the event (minus Tshirt expense)  and substitutions have to be requested at least 3 days before the event.
