How to register:

  1. Choose a Team Captain, Team Captain should have email addresses for all team members.
  2. Team Captain registers and pays for your team.
  3. Team Members will receive an invitation once registration is complete to join your team.
Important Notes
  • Our T shirt order will go out on October 31, so register by then to guarantee a Triple Threat T shirt! 

Event 1 - Clean Ladder
60 seconds at each barbell. Only one attempt allowed per weight. 

Intermediate Female: 83, 93, 103, 113, 123, 133, 143, 153 
Intermediate Male: 155, 175, 195, 215, 235, 255, 265, 275
Advanced Female: 143, 153, 163, 173, 183, 193, 203, 213
Advanced Male: 225, 245, 265, 275, 285, 295, 305, 315

Event 2 - Relay Sprint
Event 2 consists of three couplets. Teams will choose which athlete will perform each couplet. Athlete A will complete Event 2A, tag Athlete B, who will complete Event 2B, then tag Athlete C, who will complete Event 2C.

Floater - Junkyard Throwdown
Athletes will perform perform 2 rounds each, relay style. Partner A will perform a round, then B, then C, then repeat one more time, in the same order.
