Bring your team and challenge 4-time World's Fittest Man, Rich Froning and his world class team of athletes! This team competition gives athletes from all over the world a chance to showcase their fitness skills, all while raising money for a great cause.

Sign Up Instructions

  • Choose a Team Captain, Team Captain should have individual email addresses and shirt sizes for all team members.
  • Team Captain registers and pays for your team.
  • Entire team will receive an email.

WOD 1 Rx –  13 minute timecap

"Ecclesiastes 4:9" Sponsored by LIFECHURCH           

·        * 150 thrusters 95/65 - One teammate working at a time.  You can split the work however you want but the bar cannot touch the ground until all 150 reps are complete.  If the bar touches the ground in the middle of the set of 150 thrusters, then all 3 teammates must perform 5 synchronized bar facing burpees before they resume their thrusters.

·        * 75 Synchronized toes to bar – 2 athletes working at a time.  You can break up the work however you want as long as 2 athletes are working at a time.

·        * 50 synchronized bar facing burpees – All 3 athletes working at the same time.  All 3 athletes must be jumping over the bar at the same time.  For example, all athletes can perform the burpee at different times if they want but no athlete can jump over the bar to go to the next burpee until all athletes are up from the ground and they all jump over at the same time.

WOD 2 Rx – 15 minute time cap

·        * 45/30 unbroken Pull Ups - must be performed by each athlete one at a time

·        * Run 2 laps around arena – all 3 athletes together

·        *30/20 unbroken Chest to Bar Pullups must be performed by each athlete one at a time

·        * Run 2 laps around arena – all athletes together

·       15/10 unbroken Bar Muscle Ups must be performed by each athlete one at a time

·       Run 2 laps around arena – all athletes together

**** While the working athlete is working the 2 resting athletes will be on a mat with a barbell that is loaded with 405/315.  If the working athlete fails to do any of their sets of PU, C2B or BMU unbroken, then each time they come off of the bar the 2 resting athletes will have to perform 10 partner deadlifts before the working athlete can continue on their set.  Again the only time the 2 resting athletes have to complete 10 deadlifts is when the working athlete comes off of the bar and is not done with their set of PU, C2B or BMU.

·        20 unbroken Sumo Deadlift High Pulls must be performed by each athlete at 95/65lbs one at a time

·        Run 2 laps around arena – all 3 athletes

·        10 unbroken Pull Ups must be performed by each athlete one at a time

·        Run 2 laps around arena – all 3 athletes

**** While the working athlete is working the 2 resting athletes will be on a mat with a barbell that is loaded with 315/225.  If the working athlete fails to do any of their sets of hang cleans, SDHP or PU unbroken, then each time they take a break (i.e. resting the bar on the ground) the 2 resting athletes will have to perform 10 partner deadlifts at 315/225 before the working athlete can continue on their set.
