Onsite Competition for Individuals and teams

Endurance Team WOD Challenge 

When: Saturday, April 1st. 8 AM - 6 PM

Where: Force12 Training Center 4901 Patata St #108 Cudahy, CA 90201

L.A Moves Foundation presents Endurance Team WOD Challenge. 

Each 2-person, same gender team (2 Men or 2 Women) will be competing against other teams in a wave style format. Each team will be assigned a team judge that will supervise your complete WOD. The best 3 times in each division will receive awards. 

This will be an ALL OUT ENDURANCE BATTLE. You will be tested to the max, so grab your team and let's have some fun.

Here are the divisions and workouts you can sign up for:

For Fun Division

  • 1 mile (Must run as a team)
  • Dead Lifts M 135 lbs. / W 90 lbs. - 80 Reps
  • Bur-pees 120 Reps
  • Sled: Push/ Rope Pull 120-yards M 140 lbs. / W 90 lbs.
  • Wall Ball M 16 lbs. / W 10 lbs. – 60 Reps


Intermediate Division:

  • 2 miles (Must run as a team)
  • Dead Lifts M 215 lbs. / W 155 lbs. – 50 Reps

  • Bur-pees 100 Reps

  • Sled: Push/ Rope Pull 120-yards M 180 lbs. / W 140 lbs.

  • Wall Ball M 16 lbs. / W 10 lbs. – 80 Reps


Advanced Division:

  • 3 miles (Must run as a team)

  • Dead Lifts M 275 lbs. / W 200 lbs. – 50 Reps

  • Bur-pees 120 Reps

  • Sled: Push/ Rope Pull M 220 lbs. / W 150 lbs.

  • Wall Ball M 16 lbs. / W 10 lbs. – 100 Reps


Elite- Single Division:

  • 3 miles (Must run solo)

  • Dead Lifts M 275 lbs. / W 200 lbs. – 50 Reps

  • Bur-pees 120 Reps

  • Sled: Push/ Rope Pull M 220 lbs./ W 150 lbs.

  • Wall Ball M 16 lbs. / W 10 lbs. – 100 Reps
