9:15-10:40 am WOD 1 Heats
10:45-10:55 Break & WOD 2 Briefing 
11:00 - 12:15 Wod 2 Heats
12:15 12:25 Break & WOD 3 Briefing 
12:30 - 2:30 WOD 3 Heats

NOTE: This competition is exclusive to Athletes of CrossFit Tribe, CrossFit Resistance, CrossFit Nui, and we are welcoming CrossFit Reason as well as Divergent CrossFit this year ! 

This will mark the 4th Annual Throwdown between our boxes. Just like each year that passes we expect this one to be bigger than the last. 

It wil be a Partner competiton with same sex teams. 
  • There are two divisions: Rx'd and scaled.  
  • The competition will will consist of 3 workouts.  
  • Registration for the event will be $100 per pair.  The registration will cover the cost of t-shirts and prizes for the top finishers!  
  • We are capping the competition at 50* teams
Teams must register NO LATER THAN SUNDAY MAY 7th ,  so we have enough time to put in the order for competitor t-shirts.

Snatch That !
Snatch Speed Ladder 
Rx - Squat Snatch 
Scaled - Squat Snatch or Power Snatch

Mens Weights
Rx/Scaled
10 Reps - 105/75
8 Reps - 135/95
6 Reps - 145/115
4 Reps - 155/125
2 Reps - 175/135

Women's Weights
Rx/Scaled
10 Reps - 65/35
8 Reps - 95/45
6 Reps - 100/55
4 Reps - 105/65
2 Reps - 110/75

Each athlete must alternate reps with each other (Ex Partner A lifts, Partner B lifts etc. for # of reps total moving down ladder) until set reps are done and ladder is complete.
Each team will be responsible for loading their weights.

"Up and Over"
6 Minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (115/75) - (75/55)
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20) Burpee Step overs (20/20)

Each athlete must complete a full round of Thrusters and Burpee Box Overs before switching athletes (Relay Style).
Burpee Step overs will count for scaled.
