Onsite Competition for Individuals

Event description

Individual CrossFit-style competition the week after the CrossFit Games (July 29th)!

Most competitions these days are all team based, so this is a throwback to the good ol' fashioned Individual CrossFit throwdowns.

There will 3 divisions (Intermediate, Advanced, Elite), with appropriate steps between the divisions to ensure everyone can compete at the appropriate level!

This competition will have many of the components of a Regional level competition, including:

- 4 events, hosted in our expanded 17,000+ sq ft facility
- Electronic scoring
- Free competition shirt for all competitors
- Paid judges and volunteers
- Vendors and sponsor prizes
- Workouts that are long enough for you to get your money's worth!
- Professionalism, fairness, and quality that people have come to expect of Fortius competitions (both Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit)

Also lots of parking and we are a dog friendly gym (as long as your dog is friendly as well :)

Prizes include medals, trophies, cash, and sponsor prizes (TBA).


While it is an individual competition, there will be a team component as well!  Each gym's top 5 women and top 5 men will be "scored" based on placing for Team awards.

EMOTM of an accending weight ladder of 2 thrusters

Event #2:
"Fortius Triple Double"
15-12-9-6-3 reps of a triplet including calorie row, double squat wallballs, and double unders
