Division: Advanced & Intermediate Divisions

SATURDAY

Workout 1: Max C&J

Athletes will have 3 attempts to hit a 1RM C&J
Each athlete will have 30 seconds to attempt each of their 3 attempts, with 1 minute rest between attempts. Each athlete will be the only person lifting during their 30 second window, so be prepared to perform with the pressure on!
